At Timbley, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident and safe when shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item was not delivered within the maximum estimated delivery time

  • You received a different product from the one ordered

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind (unless required by law)

  • Products listed as final sale or non-returnable

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team at: corporate.timbley@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photo(s) or video of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

  • Description of the issue

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send the item back to the supplier without our confirmation.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item (if required), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be:

  • Processed within 5–10 business days

  • Issued to your original payment method

Refunds are not available if the item:

  • Was returned without authorization

  • Arrived late due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delay, incorrect address)

  • Is not in original condition

4. Non-Delivery Cases

If your order has not arrived within the maximum delivery time (as stated in our Shipping Policy), you may request a full refund. We will investigate with the supplier and, if confirmed lost or undelivered, we will issue your refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at corporate.timbley@gmail.com

6. Exchange Policy

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

7. Return Shipping Costs

In most cases:

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs

  • For other return reasons (if accepted), the customer is responsible for return shipping
